Lift is the main offering of our service. This is the place to work on your specific fitness goals with the help of our expert coaches to always guide you through the class and tailor it to your needs and targets for optimal results!
Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, or just improve your overall fitness level, Lift is a great way to get results fast!
We have three different types of Team Traning:
Sweat – Fitness-based circuit class to work your heart and lungs.
Hybrid – A circuit-based class involving low-skilled strength and cardio exercises
Grit – A 90 minute class for people who know their way around a barbell and enjoy being worked hard.

Team training is a conditioning based class that focuses on more circuit style training and teamwork. Some game elements are also added in at times to make it interactive, engaging and fun.

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Our qualified instructor will guide you through a series of poses that will leave you feeling strong and invigorated.
