NICCO’S STORY
When I was in school, I was not a fan of PE. If you’d asked any of my teachers – or even me, back then, if I’d become a personal trainer and gym owner we’d have all laughed. I just hadn’t found the right sort of exercise that inspired me yet. Once I got interested in what I was doing (I tried kickboxing, resistance training, and endurance events) that all changed.
I liked having a sense of achievement and working towards something. I love the excitement of helping others work towards their goals and finding the type of training that they love.

I broadened my interest in working out after getting on a health kick to take care of a little bit of weight gain. I tried a couple of different things, HIIT DVDs, running, and I eventually joined a gym. I love how much there is to learn about fitness – I have some qualifications already – and how much it has to offer everyone!

LISA’S STORY
Taking time to value our minds and body offers the opportunity for fulfilment and healing. Through teaching yoga, I wholeheartedly hope to empower others to accept their limitations and embrace self-honour.
I have the privilege of being a yoga student taught by Julie Smeaton, Lauren Anderson (previously Bryden), Helen Gillespie and Demelza Feltham.
I completed my 200-hour YTT through Mudra Yoga, Edinburgh. During this training, I felt compelled to share this precious learning in the hope it infuses positivity in others’ lives.
Creating a soothing, safe community space that inspires and rejuvenates, whilst strengthening the connection of body, breath and mind is my intention. Welcome – regardless of what invites you.

We joined forces with NV2 Fitness to help them deliver an enhanced level of nutritional support to all NV2 members. Especially those who want to improve their eating habits, heal their relationship with food or their body, and achieve a meaningful aesthetic transformation.
During our combined 20+ years of coaching experience, we’ve each walked the path to lasting change alongside hundreds of people, and we’ve spent an equal amount of time walking that path ourselves—so we know it isn’t always as simple as “eat less and move more”.

Unlike some “diet” services, we focus on the actual nutrition (what you put in your mouth) and the mental “blocks” that real people deal with when trying to eat healthier. We understand that real people aren’t robots.
Real people can have a pretty good idea of what they should put in their bodies but still struggle with how they eat. Most of all, real people have lives outside of health and fitness. So, alongside the NV2 Personal training team, we’re committed to helping real people to make real improvements to their health and enjoy their lives at the same time.
