WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?

Small-Group Personal Training (SGPT) is Personal Training delivered in a small group (up to 4) that allows for greater flexibility of Personal Training at a much more affordable cost.

DO I HAVE TO TRAIN AT CERTAIN TIMES/DAYS?

Nope. You have full access to the available timetable and can book in at any class, at any time (subject to availability) and as many sessions as your plan allow each month. With 57 SGPT sessions and 9 TT sessions a week you have access to a timetable that has plenty to choose from each week.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Just yourself in comfy gym clothes. Maybe some water. Let us take care of the rest.

IS ANYTHING RESTRICTED IN THE TRIAL?

Nothing is restricted in the trial, we want you to experience what it’s like to be a fully pledged member of the gym at the top tier membership.

WHAT IF I’M A COMPLETE BEGINNER?

We absolutely understand what it’s like to be a newbie. At your first session, you’ll be under the watchful eye of an experienced coach and all exercises can be regressed and progressed to suit a members ability and fitness levels. You’ll be in good hands and made to feel welcome.

HOW DO I BOOK SESSIONS?

We have an app called TeamUp which you can book and unbook your classes straight from your phone.

DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?

Unfortunately not. There is a bathroom which provides free deodorant/perfume, sanitary products, bobbles and kerbies in case you need to get changed and nip somewhere after in a hurry or get caught short one day.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOU?

We are located just opposite the petrol station in Muir of Ord in Unit 4 of the industrial site.
